Pickup Request Process - External
Pick Up Requests will be received from Shipper/Supplier (request for coordination of shipment)
External Requests should be sent to the designated Customer Service Relations
Specialists per Destination/Region; requests for new shipments should not be
forwarded to the Network Desk (unless the request does not pertain to your assigned
region)
Requests received by the Network Desk (CSNetwork. XXXAFR@dhl.com) must be
reviewed, validated and distributed to the designated Specialist
For Collect Shipments, Approval/Green Light must be obtained PRIOR to requesting
pickup from Dedicated Dispatch (Operations), use the DEST GL REQ Template
